The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that as many as 20 companies and 57 individuals could face criminal action linked to the Grenfell Tower disaster.

The 2017 fire, which resulted in the deaths of 72 people, is still being investigated. Officers are aiming to complete their inquiries by September before handing the case files to the Crown Prosecution Service for a decision on possible charges.
